How will I receive my items?

• Infinite Graphics will ship your printed products directly to your door via UPS, FedEx or freight.

• Most items are shipped free.

• If you're in the Scottsbluff, Nebraska area,  you can pick up your order directly from our store located at 827 West 27th Street.  We are easy to find.

• Are you buying digital products, graphic and/or logo designs?  We can mail you CD or DVD digital files so you can view them first hand.  After your approval, we can instantly email you the digital files.

What is the Turnaround?

How long does it take for Infinite Graphics to produce items for you?

• Since all of our products are custom made, turnaround time varies dependent on how many revisions are made in your specific design.

• Generally, after an order is placed, your design will be ready for your approval in 2-3 business days.  Any revisions usually take 1-2 days.

• Once the design is approved, the products will ship in 2-3 business days.  However, some can take as long as 10 days, depending on what is ordered.  Please contact us for any clarifications.

Graphic Design

How does the design process work?

Before we can begin any design, we appreciate receiving a down payment of 50% of the total cost.

• Infinite Graphics offers 4 levels of designs for most of our printed products.

  • Reorder Design - Applies to designs we have on file that you want printed and no changes are needed.  There is no extra charge for this option.

  • Basic Design - Includes 1 initial design and up to 3 revisions. [Additional revisions $15/each] Artwork includes stock clipart and fonts.

  • Standard Design - Includes 2 initial designs, 3 revisions. [Additional revisions $15/each] Artwork includes provided images, logos, fonts, stock clipart and fonts.

  • Advanced Design  Includes 3 initial designs, 5 revisions. [Additional revisions $15/each] Artwork includes custom illustrations, fonts, images, logos and stock clipart.

     

• Design Turn-Around - After your order is placed, we will contact you via phone

   or email to review your product details with you personally. 

  Then, we will provide you with your initial draft(s).
